How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). Popular dates can fill up quickly. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests — don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.

What's included in every package?

Every Snaply package includes: a professional on-site attendant, full booth setup and teardown, a custom branded overlay, digital photos and GIFs, a curated prop kit, and your online gallery delivered within 24 hours. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Can we customize the photos to match our event theme?

Absolutely — that's one of our specialties. We design a custom overlay for every client that incorporates your event name, logo, date, colour palette, or any branding you'd like. We'll share a design preview for your approval 2 weeks before your event.

How much space does the booth need?

Our open-air setup typically requires a 10ft × 10ft footprint with 8ft ceiling clearance. We can work in tighter spaces — just let us know your venue dimensions when you inquire and we'll advise on the best configuration.

Do you travel outside Ottawa?

Yes! We service Ottawa, Gatineau, and surrounding areas within 60km at no extra charge. For events beyond 30km, a travel fee of $1.50/km applies. We've also traveled for destination events — contact us to discuss.

What if something goes wrong on the day?

We carry backup equipment to every event. In the extremely unlikely event of a technical issue, our attendant will resolve it on-site. We also carry full liability insurance for all events. Your peace of mind is part of what you're booking.

How does the deposit and payment work?

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and major payment methods.
